Registration Detail of ICOTET 2024

• Candidates are advised to visit our website https://gnindia.dronacharya.info/International-Conferences.aspx regularly for updates.

• All Paper presenters & conference attendees require pre-registration.

• Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference.

• Fill up the separate registration form for each participant.

• For online registration delegate has to do NEFT first and update the transaction ID on the online gateway or send a Scanned copy of the payment DD or Bank transaction receipt along with a signed copyright form must send to the Organizing chair by email at icotet@gnindia.dronacharya.info

• Students must attach a copy of the identification card of their institute with the registration form.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register by May 20, 2024 and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the ICOTET -2024 Conference Proceedings.

• Bring physical copies of the registration form, payment DD or Bank transaction receipt along with a signed copyright form at the time of the conference.

 

Publication :

• All the accepted paper will be indexed by Google Scholar with ISBN no and DOI.

• Selected papers will be published by peer reviewed journals from reputed publishers like Bentham Science, CRC Press, Springer Book Chapter, IOP Publishing, De Gruyter  will be submitted to Scopus and Web of Science indexing.
